Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

• Set tables and bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas.
• Dishwasher mats, trolleys, and waste disposal devices should all be cleaned and sanitized.
• Buspans and trays should be loaded.
• Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Place the dishes in the storage area.
• Restock condiments and other supplies on tables and in service areas.
• Hand-sanitize and wash plates and other things.
• Pots and pans should be scrubbed.
• Keep track of the food quantities consumed.
• Take-out food in a package
• Foods that are portioned and wrapped
• Simple meal items should be prepared, heated, and finished.
• Refrigerators and salad bars should be stocked.
• Clean, peel, slice, and trim meals using both manual and electric machines.
• Sanitize and clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage places, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning supplies
• Supplies are received, unpacked, and stored in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage places.
• Remove all waste and trash from the kitchen.
• Sharpen your kitchen knives.
• Floors should be swept, mopped, washed, and polished.
• Fruit and vegetables should be washed, peeled, and sliced.
