You will be Supervising:
You might be Supervising 1 to 2 people, or 3-4 people. You will also be supervising Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies in order to keep to your job schedules.
- Manage and direct the actions of the workers who are responsible for preparing and portioning the food.
- Staff should be trained in their job responsibilities, as well as in safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Make sure that food service and quality control are taken care of.
- Respond to the issues and complaints of clients.
- Keep accurate records of your inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Create reports, then hand them in.
- Required to have familiarity with the many types of cuisine served at the establishment
- Monitor and double-check the construction of the trays.
- Maintain oversight of, and double check, the delivery of food carts
- Organize your workday with a schedule.
