Cook Job’s Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook entire meals as well as individual dishes and ingredients.
- Cook dishes for guests who have food allergies or intolerances.
- Menus are planned, meal amounts are determined, food requirements and expenses are estimated, and supplies are monitored and ordered.
- Inspect kitchens and food preparation areas.
- Staff should be trained in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Purchase supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assistants.
- Keep the kitchen and work areas clean.
